How we build

A seven-step build sequence.

Every project, start to finish. No shortcuts. Each step is the result of fifteen years of building, and listening to homeowners about what they wished their builder had done differently.

01

Discovery + Planning

Every project starts with a real conversation about how you live and what you want your home to do. We walk the site, talk through scope and budget, and make sure we’re the right builder for the job before anyone signs anything.

02

Design + Preconstruction

We coordinate the architect, engineer, and any specialty designers, lock the plans and selections, and build a detailed budget and schedule. The whole project is planned on paper before a single 2x4 gets cut — so there are no surprises once we break ground.

03

Framing + Structure

Our crew frames tight and true. Structural work, sheathing, and rough openings are done carefully and inspected as they happen — we don’t leave details for someone else to clean up later.

04

Systems + Rough-In

Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC go in with the same care as the framing. We coordinate the trades so everything fits, works, and passes inspection the first time.

05

Finishes + Selections

Drywall, paint, cabinetry, tile, flooring, and fixtures — the parts you see and touch every day. This is where your selections come to life, installed by finish crews who care about the details.

06

Final Walkthrough + Punch List

We walk the finished home with you, top to bottom, and build a punch list of anything that needs a final touch. We don’t call it done until you agree it’s done.

07

Handoff + Warranty

At handoff you get more than keys — equipment manuals, the warranty schedule, and a walkthrough of how everything works. And the ProjectFlew dashboard stays live for the life of the home: every photo, every invoice, every decision, archived for you.
