About Jacinto Built

Every project we take on is treated like it’s our own home.

Built on trust. Finished with pride.

Our story

A small crew that grew up around the work.

Paul Jacinto founded Jacinto Built in 2018 after years of running construction for other people. He started with a small crew, a CSLB Class B license (#1040512), and an opinion about how custom homes ought to be built — slowly, carefully, and with the kind of detail that doesn’t show up in a brochure.

What started as a small operation grew into a full-service custom home builder serving the coast and inland communities of North County San Diego. We’ve built new homes, gut remodels, ADUs, and exterior retrofits for clients who care just as much about what’s inside the walls as the paint color on the outside.

In 2026 we made a deliberate shift toward high-efficiency building — building science, envelope performance, and measurable standards. Every new project gets the full treatment: blower-door tested, mechanically ventilated, continuously insulated, and documented at handoff. We don’t market this as a premium upgrade. It’s how we build now.

The team

Who you’ll be working with.

Small by design. Hands-on at every job site. The same people you talk to on day one are the ones running your project on the last day.

Paul founded Jacinto Built and leads every project from the first walkthrough to the final punch list. CSLB-licensed General Building (Class B) qualifying party, hands-on at every job site, and the reason every detail gets checked twice. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese — which means clear communication with homeowners and the entire crew on site, no translator needed.

Blake manages projects from preconstruction through the final punch list — scheduling, budgets, and subcontractor coordination — and keeps homeowners in the loop at every step.

Seth Lewis
Project Manager

Seth runs construction in the field and partners with us on remodels and additions across North County. Type-A about quality, calm under pressure, and trusted by every sub on the job site.

Spoken on site

English. Spanish. Portuguese.

Paul is fluent in all three. For homeowners, that means direct conversations in the language you’re most comfortable with — no interpreter, no misunderstandings, no games of telephone. For the crew, it means the person running your project can talk to every framer, plasterer, and tile-setter on site in their own language, catch problems early, and make sure the details land the way they were drawn.

It sounds like a small thing. On a custom build, it’s one of the biggest.

Built locally, end to end.

We serve the coastal and inland communities of North County San Diego. We don’t travel — we know the soils, the marine layer, the WUI maps, and the local inspectors. Local matters when you’re building tight, durable, and to code.
